What is direct routing?

Direct Routing with Microsoft Teams lets you connect a supported, customer-provided Session Border Controller (SBC) to your phone system. With this capability, you can configure on-premises Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) connectivity with Microsoft Teams. This allows your people to make calls from Microsoft Teams to landlines and mobile phones and vice versa.

Do you offer a fully-managed service?

Yes. Our managed service includes training, 24/7 Microsoft environment management and a dedicated helpline.4 It’s a great way to reduce the workload for your IT team.

What hardware and software is available?

From Teams Essentials, Teams phones and Teams headsets, to desk phones, conference phones and meeting room equipment, we’ve got an extensive range of tech for you to choose from. We also offer hardware replacement if anything goes wrong.5

How good is O2 Business’ mobile coverage?

O2’s 4G network covers over 99% of the UK population and we offer 5G in over 1,600 towns and cities, which provides higher speeds and lower latency.6

  • Our cloud-based Microsoft Teams solution includes security, with updates and new features rolled out seamlessly, reducing your IT spend.
  • With unlimited domestic calling plans, you can save on the cost of calling. We also offer international calling plans.
 
 
 

Legal Stuff

 

  1. When you purchase Direct Routing with Microsoft Teams, 24/7 tech support forms part of your package and cannot be removed.

  2. The managed migration service is optional and will incur an additional cost unless you already have fixed-line services with O2 Business.

  3. 5% discount for combining 2 eligible products; 10% discount for combining 3 or more eligible products. Eligible products: Direct Routing with Microsoft Teams, Unlimited sim-only tariff, Teams voice and calling plan, Sophos, Professional services. 36-month contract and 100+ licences must be for all products purchased. Discounts can be used in conjunction and the maximum discount available is 20%.

    The discount will be applied to your overall package. For example, if the cost of your contract is £1000 and you purchase two eligible products on a 36-month licence, you will receive a discount of £50 (5%) + £50 (5%), so your new cost would be £900.

    This offer is available for businesses with 11-249 employees. View terms and conditions.

  4. There is an additional fee for the managed service.

  5. There is an additional fee for the hardware replacement service.
