Play your part in improving digital inclusion around the UK and make a real positive difference to the communities you care most about – all at no extra cost to you, with no extra admin either (we’ll make the donations on your behalf when you buy eligible products from us).
We’ll confirm when the community group has received the donation, so that you can include it in your own environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting.

Besides the normal cost of your contract, nothing. We won’t charge you anything extra for this service.
Who can get it?
Who can get it?
New customers, or existing customers renewing their contract, who buy an O2 Business mobile and/or Virgin Media Business SD-WAN contract with a total contract value of at least £200,000.
How does it work?

All you have to do is sign up to the service and we’ll take care of the rest, donating free smartphones and connectivity to digitally excluded children and over-65s on your behalf. We’ll confirm when the community group has received your donation and show you the impact it’s made.
How do you decide who gets the donations?
How do you decide who gets the donations?
We work in partnership with an organisation called Hubbub who make the donations on our behalf through a digital inclusion scheme called Community Calling, which oversees the re-distribution of unused smartphones to those in need across the UK.
You can choose whether you want your donation to be made to children or over-65s. Hubbub will then work with community groups and local councils to find people in your chosen region who will benefit most from a phone.
