Success Agreement
Standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are about defining the minimum service you can expect from a supplier. The changing landscape in recent years has led many consumers to rethink their priorities and align their shopping habits with higher purpose values and ethics. Evolving consumer demands are bleeding into business customer demands — and it’s no longer enough to just ‘do business’, you need to ‘do good’ too.
The bar has risen on service expectations across the board, today’s customers expect more, and it’s time to rethink the way we service them. To help meet these new expectations and service our customers differently so, they can achieve more, we’ve created the Success Agreement.
The Success Agreement is a partnership committed to your success — a completely new way of doing business that puts your objectives at the heart of our relationship.
Our three commitments
As part of our business partnership, we will make the following commitments to you:
Minimising the cost
Your first 3 months of the agreement are on us to help cover any dual running costs.
Your success
If you don't achieve your agreed business goals, we'll give you direct access to a C-suite led success board and reduce your charges by 25% until that changes (for up to 12 months).
More flexibility
We know your business needs may change so we'll include a change allowance of 15% off your contact.
How it works
The Success Agreement is a unique commitment to your success, built on partnership and flexibility. Here's how it works:
Contract and agreement of business goals
We'll work with you to identify your business goals and set up your bespoke agreement.
Deployment and realising your success
We'll work alongside you, particularly during the crucial first 6 months, to make sure your solution is working for you.
Ensuring your ongoing success
We'll continue to monitor your success, rolling up our sleeves to help you get back on track, if need be.
